Prof. Wanmi Chen, as the project leader or technical leader, 5 vertical scientific research projects and 7 horizontal scientific research projects had been completed. with a total scientific research funding of more than 3 million yuan. Among them, 3 of the completed projects have reached the international advanced level through expert appraisal. A total of more than 60 academic papers have been published in international and domestic academic journals and important international conferences, of which more than 20 are included in SCI or EI. Applied for and authorized 6 patents, and registered 2 software copyrights.
Focus of research interest: A comprehensive study of different series of robots (including small soccer robots, middle soccer robots, simulation 2D, 3D soccer robots, humanoid soccer robots, rescue simulation robots, home service robots, basketball robots, smart cars, etc.) The research involves machine vision, machine learning, dynamic role assignment, decision optimization, motion control, etc.
Editor-in-chief of 6 books, "Intelligent Soccer Robot System" was published by Tsinghua University Press in October 2009, the first textbook of its kind in the country, "Innovation and Practice of Competitive Robots" was published by Shanghai University Press in April 2012 , "Fantastic Robot" was published by Chemical Industry Press in June 2014, and "Robot Control Technology" was published by Mechanical Industry Press in February 2017. "Artificial Intelligence" was published by Shanghai Popular Science Press in January 2018. "Service Robot System Design" is published by Chemical Industry Press.

Eckart Meiburg, Distinguished Professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering University of California, Santa Barbara. Also as director of Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Fluids, University of California. Received his Ph.D., Mechanical Engineering, University of Karlsruhe, with distinction. Dissertation topic: Numerical Simulation of the Formation of Two- and Three-Dimensional Structures in Shear Layers and Wakes in 1985. He have lots of professional societies member, such as fellow of American Physical Society, fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, member of Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, member of EUROMECH Society, and member of American Geophysical Union. Service to the scientific community such as guest editor of special issue of the International Journal of Multiphase Flow, 2000-2002, editorial board, Book series on Environmental Fluid Mechanics, World Scientific Press, 2017 - present, etc.
His research areas are fluid dynamics and transport processes, vortex dynamics, multiphase flows, sediment transport, environmental fluid dynamics, computational fluid dynamics, etc. Refereed more than 150 Journal Publications.

Dr. Kamal Kumar as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering Punjab Engineering College,Chandigarh, India. Awarded Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. Received patent title ”High Aspect Cylindrical Micro Electrode for Micro Electrical Discharge Machining and Fabrication Method” in 2016. His research interests on Biodegradable Bone Implants, Non-Conventional and Micro Machining Processes (EDM, WEDM), Processing of Biomedical and Aerospace metallic alloys, Surface Engineering of Metallic Biomaterials, and Design of Experiments and Process Optimization. There are some completed research projects: Design and Development of Biodegradable Mg alloy Implants for Orthopedic Application, Parameter optimization for small hole drilling in hard and composite materials using drill EDM. 34 publication in Journals such as Apatite formation and weight loss study in EDMed perforated AZ31 Mg-alloy, Journal of Magnesium and Alloys, Elsevier published.
